The raw apricot seed has a unique flavor which may not be very pleasant to those trying them for the first time. Our bodies differ so it is best to spread the consumption of the apricot seeds throughout the day in small portions. For cancer prevention purposes it is suggested to consume just 8-12 seeds per day for the average adult.
